Taiwanese mobile manufacturing company HTC One M10 has not yet announced the official release of HTC One M10, and there are speculations of its launch date saying that it may be announced in December, while others reckon an early 2016 launch date, at this point, it's anyone's guess, and fans may be in for a surprise.

Despite the lack of release news, rumors regarding the phone's specs and features have been abundant. For instance, Yibada announced that the HTC One M10 may have a bigger screen display with a 2K or 4K pixel resolution, guaranteed to give clearer and more vivid images.

The smartphone is also said to be powered by a Qualcomm 820 with 3.X GHz octa-core HMP cyclone technology with 4GB of RAM for better performance.

The camera is a thing to behold, if rumors are correct. This is because if Yibada is to be believed, then the HTC One M10 will boast of 27 megapixels front and back camera.

Other features rumored to be seen in the HTC One M10 are the Dual-SIM support and longer battery life with a possible wireless charging feature. The phone is also said to be dust-proof and water resistant. It may also be equipped with the latest Android OS --- the Marshmallow, and several other new technologies like the USB Type C Connection, and even the Android Pay functionality.

If these rumors turn out to be true, then the HTC One M10 is a smartphone to reckon with.

However, these speculations have not been addressed by the company, which means that they should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when considering that Pocket Lint noted that the HTC One M10 may not be called that in the final release. The outlet noted that the new HTC model may be called HTC O2 instead, although it hasn't been clear why the company feels like a change of name is adequate.

The change of its expected release date also comes with the fact that the company's last phone, the HTC One A9, did not do as well as they had hoped, which is probably ne of the reasons the company is changing their gameplan as per release dates.

Christian Today said that if HTC does have designs and intent on releasing the One M10 within the year, there is a possibility that they can drop it by the end of this month as a surprise move for HTC phone users.

Until these rumors can be confirmed by the company, updates regarding the HTC One M10 should be treated lightly.
